Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to meet job expectations.
• Review and approve work schedules for adequate coverage and cost control.
• Maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage employee work hour reports and payroll submissions.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to hit business goals.
• Review audits to ensure revenue control integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
• Complete required reports.
