Job summary

You will manage customer service, handle incidents, track keys and vehicles, and collaborate with the General Manager. The role requires English proficiency, 1+ year hospitality experience, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Hospitality or Customer Service.
• Proficient in English both verbally and written.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Dayforce, Parking Revenue Control Software and Hardware.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule coverage and ensure all positions are staffed.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner.
• Oversee tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the operation.
• Ensure work areas are neat and clean.
• Provide top-notch customer service to guests and assist with arrival/departure.
• Be a point of contact for customer inquiries or needs.
• Manage incidents to maintain high operations performance.
• Adhere to VPNE professionalism and appearance standards.
• Understand and support VPNE KPIs.
• Lead a positive culture to encourage growth opportunities for staff.
