Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee on-site valet operations and staff, ensuring seamless vehicle flow and outstanding guest service. You will lead pre-shift meetings, enforce grooming and uniform standards, manage equipment, and oversee payroll-related tasks while maintaining safety and teamwork.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory or related customer service experience in hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards, monitor attendance and shift times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings with GSM and communicate updates to maintain teamwork.
• Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee tip handling, including reporting, and support payroll/punches accuracy.
• Supervise valet operations to ensure safe key handling and vehicle management; submit incident reports.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on exceptional guest service, safety, and operational excellence.
