Job summary

Propark is seeking an Office Supervisor in Hartford, CT. The role offers $19.00–$23.00 per hour with a part-time/Full Time schedule. You will lead daily operations and ensure high-quality service while handling staff training, scheduling, and incident reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year supervisory experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in parking or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and supplies; reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety at assigned facilities and report issues to local management.
• Perform attendant or cashier duties as needed.

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
