Qualifications

• Previous porter, valet, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stay active.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles of various makes and models.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing.
• Park, stage, and arrange vehicles according to dealership standards.
• Perform routine lot and vehicle cleanliness checks and report issues.
• Greet customers warmly and provide valet services, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Assist customers with directions, questions, and general requests.
• Help track vehicle inventory and maintain accurate locations on the lot.
• Support the service team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
