Job summary

Capital Ford of Charlotte is seeking an Automotive Porter/Valet to keep the lot clean, organized, and welcoming for customers and staff. The role includes greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and supporting inventory tracking.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and multitasking abilities, enjoys outdoor work, and holds a valid driver's license with a clean record. Prior porter/valet experience is a plus, and pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks (walking/standing).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot.
• Ensure vehicles are properly staged, parked, and arranged according to dealership standards.
• Perform regular inspections for cleanliness and report issues to appropriate departments.
• Provide valet services for customers visiting the dealership.
• Greet customers, assist with parking, and retrieve their vehicles upon departure.
• Offer a warm welcome to customers and assist with any questions or requests.
• Assist with managing vehicle inventory, including tracking locations and availability.
• All other duties assigned.
