Job summary

Nielsen Ford of Morristown is seeking a dependable Valet/Lot Attendant to move and park vehicles, keep the lot organized, and assist daily sales and service operations. This entry-level, on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, at Morristown, NJ, with an $18/hour pay, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Keep vehicles organized according to display standards.
• Maintain accurate vehicle locations and help locate vehicles promptly.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Place buyer’s guides, stock tags, and materials in vehicles.
• Create and organize vehicle key tags and follow key-control procedures.
• Assist with basic vehicle-readiness tasks, such as checking and replenishing fluids.
• Assist service advisors with welcoming customers and coordinating drop-offs.
• Retrieve and stage customer vehicles for pickup.
• Shuttle service customers when needed.
• Support service advisors with daily tasks for a smooth customer experience.
• Keep the lot, shop, service drive lane and surrounding areas clean and safe.
• Promptly report vehicle damage or unsafe conditions.
• Assist with other dealership duties as assigned.

Nielsen Ford of Morristown seeking a dependable Valet/ Lot Attendant to help keep our vehicles organized, presentable, and ready for customers. In this hands-on role, you’ll move vehicles safely, maintain the appearance of our lot, and support daily sales and service operations.

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: On-site
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Compensation: $18 per hour, paid weekly

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership, including the sales lot, service lane, and designated service areas.
• Keep new and used vehicles organized according to dealership display standards and management direction.
• Maintain accurate vehicle locations and help team members locate vehicles promptly.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to keep inventory and customer vehicles presentable.
• Place buyer’s guides, stock tags, and other designated materials in vehicles.
• Create and organize vehicle key tags and follow dealership key-control procedures.
• Assist with basic vehicle-readiness tasks, such as checking and replenishing fluids, as trained and directed.
• Assist service advisors with welcoming customers and coordinating vehicle drop-off in the service drive.
• Retrieve and stage customer vehicles for pickup.
• Shuttle service customers when needed, following dealership driving and safety procedures.
• Support service advisors with daily tasks to help provide a smooth, positive customer experience.
• Keep the lot, shop, service drive lane, driveways, and sidewalks clean, orderly, and free of debris to support a safe work environment.
• Promptly report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist with other related dealership duties as assigned.
