Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun seeks a Valet to safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles, ensuring correct key handling and courteous guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays, and have a high school diploma with a clean driving record. Training is provided, and a background check as well as drug screening are required to join the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
• Drive and handle cars of all makes and models.

Responsibilities

• Display positive and professional attitude and presentation at all times when communicating with guest.
• Must be flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays with the understanding days off will fluctuate.
• Responsible for the staging of guest vehicle and parking in the garage.
• Responsible for retrieval of vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assists the Valet Supervisor and ensures breaks/rotations are followed.
