Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a dedicated Valet Attendant responsible for safely managing guests’ vehicles in Gary, Indiana. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

A high school diploma is required along with the ability to drive various vehicles. The incumbent will ensure a positive experience for guests while handling the secure parking and retrieval of their cars.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have a good driver’s record within the last 48 months.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle guests’ and patrons’ vehicles for proper parking.
• Display positive and professional attitude when communicating with guests.
• Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
