Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking safe and customer‑minded Valet drivers for overnight shifts in Detroit. You’ll greet guests, park and retrieve cars, and maintain a smooth, ticket‑free experience for customers.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for non-standard shifts (nights, weekends) as needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (documentation required).
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and coworkers and handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns promptly and proactively with customers.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking to ensure safety and documentation.
• Explain valet rates and services to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report incidents, hazards, or violations to management promptly.
• Know local streets and landmarks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
