Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant/Bell Person to warmly greet guests and assist with luggage, ensuring prompt and courteous service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include transporting luggage, sharing information about amenities, coordinating with staff, and maintaining safety standards. A professional appearance and English fluency are required; age 21+ is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with guests and staff.
• Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional manner and assist with luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and promotions.
• Safely transport guests’ luggage to and from rooms while ensuring security of belongings.
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff to coordinate guest services.
• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs to ensure a positive stay.
• Adhere to all security and safety regulations.
