Job summary

The Post Oak offers a valet attendant role focused on creating a positive guest experience by safely parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting guests at the curb. You will coordinate with team members to maintain smooth traffic flow and provide courteous service.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions, and strong customer service and communication skills. The position includes benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas.
• Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles.
• Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles.
• Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage.
• Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff.
• Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues; Report any damages or issues promptly and accurately.
