Job summary

Valencia Hotel Group is seeking a guest-focused valet/bellman to provide warm, sincere service at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk in San Antonio. You will assist with parking, luggage, directions, and guest information, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Flexibility for morning or evening shifts is needed. Candidates should have hotel operations or customer service experience, strong communication, multitasking, and a team mindset. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Hotel Operations or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Works productively with a team.
• Effective multitasking skills.
• Composure and patience under pressure.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Prefer hotel experience and background.
• TABC Certification and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute positively to the team within the department.
• Prepare for all guest requests.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Comply with Valencia Hotel Group standards and regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance as scheduling requires.
• Check arriving guests into the Oobeo valet application.
• Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms or partial escorts.
• Assist with transportation and handling of luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and area directions.
