Job summary

Towne Park in the United States is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently. You will assist with luggage where applicable and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.

Open FT/PT shifts with flexible availability; greet guests by name when possible, provide directions, answer inquiries, and handle payment and ticketing procedures as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to operate at a high standard of safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge them by name when possible.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services where applicable.
• Provide directions, information about local facilities and attractions.
• Manage ticket information, rates, and cash handling as needed.
