Job summary

Selig Parking is seeking Valet/Guest Service Associates for Westin Atlanta Gwinnett in Duluth, GA. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide information with a focus on Aggressive Hospitality.

The role requires a friendly, energetic demeanor, reliability, and a willingness to perform outdoors. Candidates should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).
• Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed appearance.
• Prior valet or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests, park and retrieve vehicles, open doors, and provide information and directions.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds and deliver professional, fast, fun, and friendly service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles and maintain a professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Follow AAA Basics and adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
• Ensure guest valet experiences are memorable and safe.
