Salary Range $45,000 - $65,000 with Bonus Potential (rates vary by market and experience)

Position Summary:

The Account Manager oversees daily operations at an assigned location, ensuring excellent service, managing staff, maintaining client relationships, overseeing financials, and performing valet duties when necessary.

Primary Objective:

Lead valet operations by delivering outstanding guest service, optimizing efficiency, and driving financial performance, focusing on staff development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for properties, meet contractual obligations, foster communication, address concerns, and build trust.
  2. Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, staffing, site visits, equipment, and customer service standards.
  3. Financial Tasks: Monitor revenue, payroll, expenses; work with regional management on cost control and record-keeping.
  4. Team Supervision: Recruit, train, coach staff, set expectations, and promote a positive work environment.
  5. Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates and coordinate during emergencies.
  6. Leadership: Involve staff in decisions, provide feedback, support growth, and promote quality culture.
  7. Additional Tasks: Support company objectives, attend meetings, complete training, and work flexible hours including occasional travel.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, with 3+ years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, pass background check.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Indoor/outdoor settings, exposure to weather, noise, extended periods of standing/walking, lifting moderate weights, and good vision abilities are required.
