Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and will assist with valet as needed.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds.
• Be at least 18 years of age and maintain uniform standards.
• Ability to process cash and follow cash handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, prompt answers.
• Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Create positive experiences with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Prioritize assisting guests with unrushed efficiency.
• Be mindful of word choices while speaking with guests, polite and respectful.
• Follow all cash handling guidelines per company policies.
