Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Valet Driver for weekend, morning, and evening shifts in Minneapolis. The role offers an hourly wage of $16.00–$17.00 plus tips, with additional opportunities to earn tips on top of the posted rate. Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, and communicate proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know area streets, landmarks, and freeways for seamless transportation.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
