SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking friendly, safety‑minded Valet drivers in Houston to deliver top‑tier parking experiences. You will interact with customers, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, openness to occasional weekend shifts, and the ability to work legally in the United States. Base pay is $13 per hour plus tips, with a full-time schedule from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends or additional shifts as needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (documentation required).
• Strong communication and problem-solving with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on SP+ Promise by resolving client requests and proactively communicating with clients.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and note any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets, landmarks, and routes for a seamless experience.
• Arrive on time in uniform, and maintain your uniform throughout shifts.
• Assist management with any additional duties as assigned.
