INFINITI of Cincinnati, part of the Joseph Automotive Group, is seeking a reliable Valet Driver in Cincinnati, OH. You will provide courteous vehicle pick up and delivery, and shuttle services for customers to their home or desired location, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include contacting customers at designated times, keeping vehicles safe, delivering excellent service, aiding traffic flow in lots, and reporting damage to management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work varying days.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers at designated call times to arrange vehicle pickup/drop off.
• Ensure safety and security of all vehicles in your care.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and requests politely and efficiently.
• Help manage traffic flow in parking areas to maximize space and safety.
• Report any vehicle damage or incidents immediately to management.
