Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a part-time Valet Driver in New York (US-NY). You will inspect vehicles, explain rates, and ensure safe driving while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll work with a team to resolve questions, follow policies, and maintain a neat uniform state throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for special shifts (nights/weekends) as needed.
• Must provide eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read/write basic math and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes or delays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Maintain clean uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
