Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a friendly Valet Driver to provide safe, prompt valet service and help guests enjoy a seamless parking experience. You will park and retrieve vehicles, explain rates, observe traffic laws, and report incidents.

A valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission are required or a plus, plus flexible availability and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts including weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customers.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math with US currency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and communicating proactively.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks to ensure a seamless experience.
• Wear a clean uniform and be punctual for each shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
