Job summary

The University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority in Madison seeks a Valet Driver (Finance) for a full-time schedule (9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday). You will provide courteous first and last impressions for patients and visitors and initiate parking transactions.

You will pick up patients/visitors at their vehicle, transport them in UW Health golf carts, manage and record transactions, and assist with wayfinding.

Qualifications

• Provide remarkable customer service as the first and last impression of UW Health.
• One year of driving and parking vehicles experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old or have three years of driving experience to operate a UW Health Fleet Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service as a first and last impression of UW Health.
• Initiate the parking transaction by greeting patients/visitors and explaining services.
• Pick up patients/visitors at their vehicle and transport them in UW Health golf carts.
• Manage and record valet parking transactions.
• Assist patients in and out of vehicles and with wayfinding.
