Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a dedicated Valet Driver to greet patients and visitors, assist with wayfinding, and support a safe clinic entrance. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with hours subject to department needs.

Responsibilities include helping patients into/out of golf carts, retrieving wheelchairs, guiding entry, directing traffic, and performing other entrance support duties. A valid driver's license and driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• One year of driving and parking vehicles experience (Preferred).
• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license; must be at least 21 or have 3 years driving experience to operate UW Health vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and assist with wayfinding.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting golf carts, retrieve wheelchairs, and support patient entry into the clinic alongside ambassadors.
• Direct traffic and help maintain a safe, organized entrance area.
• Perform other entrance support duties as assigned.
