Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a Driver to operate a fleet vehicle for picking up and delivering materials, equipment, labs, and records. You will load/unload items, serve internal and external customers, and perform routine vehicle safety checks.

Flexibility is required as hours may vary to meet department needs. The role emphasizes strong customer service and safety compliance, with full-time hours Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, in a 100% FTE schedule at UW Health.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience as stated in the ad.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in delivery settings is preferred.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Work Experience

• Experience in delivery setting involving multiple locations (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence. Must be at least 21 years old or have a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience to operate a Personal Vehicle, Patient/Visitor Vehicle, or standard UW Health Fleet Vehicle (Required).
