Duties include greeting guests, assisting with doors and wheelchairs, recording vehicle condition, driving and parking, handling keys, and keeping the area clean. You must be 18+, hold a valid WV driver's license, and pass background, DMV, and drug checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Will be subject to a pre-employment criminal background and DMV check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to drive a manual (stick shift) vehicle.
• Regularly work outdoors in inclement weather including rain, snow, heat and cold.
• Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflict.
• Consistent attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to understand, speak, and write basic English.
• Regularly stand for long periods (6-8 hours) and walk quickly.
• Ability to lift to 30 pounds.
• Must have the ability to work independently and within established guidelines, follow directions, and work well with others.
• Technical capabilities and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet valet customers in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with opening doors and loading/unloading wheelchairs or walkers.
• Perform valet area access control responsibilities.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and record findings on valet tickets.
• Secure vehicles and return keys to the podium.
• Follow safe driving procedures and safety protocols.
• Abide by VA rules and regulations.
• Report to duty in company uniform and maintain professional appearance.
• Report incidents or concerns to management promptly.
• Provide directions or information about the property when requested.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
