SP+ is seeking friendly and safety‑minded valet drivers to provide seamless parking experiences at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. You will interact with customers, handle cash, and ensure every vehicle is parked safely and efficiently.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic math, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Join a team that values reliability, customer service, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a manual transmission vehicle is a plus.
• Availability for second/third shift and weekends as needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (provide documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to problems.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math including US currency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes calmly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect every vehicle before parking to ensure safety and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers clearly.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a seamless transport experience.
• Arrive in uniform, on time, and prepared for shifts.
• Remain in complete uniform for the shift duration.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
