Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Valet Driver in Chicago to provide seamless parking experiences. You will greet guests, safely park vehicles, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes paying attention to uniform standards and being punctual while delivering excellent service.

The position offers hourly pay of $17 to $20 plus tips, with shifts from Wednesday to Sunday. A valid license and legal work eligibility are required, and prior valet or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts (2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (provide required documentation).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways for a seamless transportation experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
