Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, under SP+, is hiring Valet Drivers in Fort Wayne, IN. You’ll interact with guests, safely drive and park vehicles, explain rates, and ensure a smooth experience for customers at participating locations.

Hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 plus tips. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with paid time off. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, and communicate proactively.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks for seamless transportation experiences.
• Show up on time in clean uniform and remain in uniform during shifts.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
