Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks friendly Valet drivers in Portland, OR, to provide seamless parking experiences. You will inspect vehicles, explain rates, and ensure safety while following traffic laws.

You’ll interact with customers, resolve issues, and maintain a polished uniform throughout each shift. The role offers hourly pay with tips included, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a large network.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission.
• Availability to work special shifts (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend US currency and basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know area streets and landmarks for seamless transportation.
• Come to work in a clean uniform on time and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
