Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking safe Valet drivers to join our Columbus, OH team. You will interact with customers, drive safely, and maintain a professional appearance while ensuring smooth parking experiences for all clients.

You will inspect vehicles, explain rates, follow traffic laws, and report hazards as needed. Eligible candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customers and coworkers.
Ability to read, write, and use US currency, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively.
Inspect every vehicle before parking and note findings.
Explain valet rates to customers.
Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
Know major streets and landmarks for seamless transport experience.
Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
