Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, the leading parking network, is hiring a full-time Valet Driver for Staten Island, NY. You will interact with customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safety and efficiency during shifts. Uniforms must be worn and upkeep of appearance maintained. The role is customer-facing and requires a valid license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently while communicating proactively with customers.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers clearly.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure seamless customer transportation.
• Arrive in clean uniform on time for every scheduled shift and remain in uniform.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
