What You'll Do Day to Day

• Deliver on the Promise: Resolve client requests efficiently, find creative solutions to problems, and communicate proactively with every customer.


• Vehicle Care: Inspect each vehicle thoroughly before safely parking it, documenting all findings.


• Customer Guidance: Explain valet rates clearly and ensure customers enjoy a smooth transportation experience.


• Safe Driving: Observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.


• Local Knowledge: Know Brooklyn's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to navigate like a pro.


• Professionalism: Arrive on time in a clean uniform for every scheduled shift and remain in uniform throughout your entire shift.


• Reporting: Promptly report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.


• Team Support: Assist management with additional duties as assigned.

What You Need to Bring

• A valid state driver's license with your current address and an acceptable driving record.


• Proof of legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (valid documentation required if hired).


• Strong communication skills — provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer concerns or complaints.


• Basic literacy and math skills, including handling U.S. currency and comprehending instructions, short emails, and memos.


• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions while calmly adapting to changes, delays, and unexpected events.


• Availability for special shifts if needed, including 2nd, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.


• Physical readiness: regularly stand, walk, handle cash and equipment; occasionally sit, climb or balance; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Bonus points if you can safely drive a manual transmission (stick shift)!

Compensation and Benefits
