About the Role

As a Valet Driver, you are the face of the SP+ brand. Your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail directly shape how clients perceive the service. Key Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently while communicating proactively with customers.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before parking and document all findings accurately.
• Explain valet rates to customers clearly and handle cash transactions with precision.
• Observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management immediately.
• Maintain working knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure seamless transportation for clients.
• Arrive on time, in a complete and clean uniform, for every scheduled shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license, current address, and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) - a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts, including second shift, third shift, and/or weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States (valid documentation required upon hire).
• Strong communication skills - able to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Basic math proficiency, including reading, writing, adding, and subtracting US currency, with the ability to comprehend instructions and short emails.
• Capacity to follow written and verbal instructions while calmly adapting to changes, delays, and unexpected events.

Physical Demands

This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, and balancing may be necessary. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $17.00 per hour, plus tips.
