Job summary

Crest Auto Group is hiring for a valet/guest services role to deliver friendly, professional customer service in a luxury automotive environment. You will assist managers with clerical duties, provide valet service, and ensure customers are guided to their vehicles or offered courtesy cars while service is completed.

The position requires flexibility to work weekends, basic computer skills, and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods and work outside.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions preferred but not required.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday).
• Have basic computer knowledge.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Friendly and customer service focused
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Provide Valet service to customers by picking up their personal vehicle to be brought to service
• Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle
• Bring personal vehicles back to customers once service has been completed
• Take customers to desired locations while they wait for their vehicles service to be completed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Work closely with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries
