Job summary

Reimagined-Parking is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant at 101 Bedford Ave. The role involves greeting guests, opening car doors, parking vehicles, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction at all times.

You will work with the Operations Manager and team to adhere to local laws, manage payments, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with standard shift requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in valet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and coordinate beginning-to-end valet process by retrieving keys, vehicles, issuing tickets or recording data.
• Foster customer success by building rapport and addressing inquiries.
• Open vehicle doors, assist guests, and interface with guests and team members.
• Direct traffic and park vehicles safely, report incidents to leadership.
• Handle end-of-shift revenue reconciliation when needed.
• Greet guests, retrieve keys, and guide guests to vehicles.
