Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a Valet Attendant to join a hospitality-driven team. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safety and excellent service in a gated community setting.

The ideal candidate brings prior valet or customer-service experience, is reliable, and eager to contribute to a culture that values meaningful work and belonging. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities to grow within the Belmont Village family.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Greeting arriving and departing guests in an efficient and warm manner
• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving guest concerns as needed
• Assisting with package delivery within the community as needed
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary
