Job summary

Ace Parking is hiring for a valet role in Portland, Oregon. You will welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain keys and records with a strong emphasis on service and safety.

The position requires clear communication, a reliable work ethic, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior valet or customer service experience is a plus, and various schedules are available.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, and explain parking procedures and fees.
• Assist guests with questions or concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
