EOS Hospitality is hiring a Part Time Valet/Bellperson in San Francisco. The role greets guests, assists with luggage, transports items, and provides information about local attractions and hotel facilities.
You may assist with parking, wake-up calls, or coordinating room service, while maintaining a professional presence. The position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license.
The Valet/Bellperson provides exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, greeting guests upon arrival, and delivering a range of services designed to enhance the guest experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and well-supported during their stay. Carefully parking guest cars in a safe manner in the hotel garage. The ideal candidate will anticipate guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; inform guests about hotel facility locations and hours of operations; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
