Job summary

Key West La Concha, Autograph Collection in the heart of Duval Street is seeking a friendly valet/guest services driver to greet guests, assist with parking, and ensure safe vehicle handling.

You will walk around vehicles, note any damage, secure keys, and coordinate departures with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of safe driving record.
• Ability to drive vans, cars and trucks including manual transmission.
• Strong work ethic and self-initiative.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfort with office tasks and daily computer work.

What you will be doing

• Greet guests and ticket vehicles appropriately.
• Ensure a walk around of the vehicle, notating any prior damage.
• Safely navigate guest vehicle to parking location, ensuring the vehicle is secured and locked.
• Tag and secure guest keys in lock box.
• Retrieve guest vehicles for departure in a timely manner.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Ability to drive vans, cars and truck systems, including those with manual transmission
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to provide validation of safe driving record
• High work ethic and self-initiative
• Proven experience with strong customer service skills
• Physical Requirements (In-Office Role)
• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
• Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset
