Job summary

Key West La Concha, Autograph Collection, located in the heart of Key West, seeks a full-time valet to greet guests, park vehicles, and ensure security of keys and property. You will perform vehicle inspections, direct parking, and assist guests with a courteous, high-standard service experience.

The role requires valid driving privileges, professional appearance, and reliable teamwork in a busy hotel setting, with physical ability to lift light items and work at a desk when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive vans, cars and truck systems, including those with manual transmission.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to provide validation of safe driving record
• High work ethic and self-initiative
• Proven experience with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation
• Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
