Job summary

The ideal candidate has valet experience, a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours including weekends are required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; manual transmission experience desirable.
• Ability to operate parking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Must pass a background screening.
• Excellent communication and professional interaction with guests.
• Minimum age 20+ and prior valet experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage as required.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated parking areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized parking area and lobby.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information.
• Assist with special requests and accommodations.
• Provide exceptional service at all times.
• Overnight audit scan of cars in the garage.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
