Job summary

Reimagined Parking seeks a Valet Parking Attendant to safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet guests, manage keys and tickets, and assist with loading personal items, all while complying with safety standards and state laws.

The role requires prompt, courteous interactions, teamwork with the team and supervisors, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time position with benefits and evening/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination.
• Ability to move from valet stand to customer cars for extended periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings with ticketing systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and responding to inquiries.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador by courteously interacting with guests and assisting with unloading/loading items.
• Maintain vehicle safety and security by directing traffic and monitoring areas.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue and tickets.
• Retrieve vehicles for waiting guests and assist with luggage.
• Report incidents or claims to supervisor promptly.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates at all times.
