Job summary

Key West La Concha, Autograph Collection in downtown Key West seeks a friendly valet to greet guests, ticket vehicles, and guide them to parking. You will perform vehicle walk-arounds, note any pre-existing damage, secure keys, and retrieve vehicles promptly.

A valid driver’s license and strong customer service are essential. The role requires ability to operate vans, cars, and trucks including manual transmissions, and to work in an office environment with standard computer tasks.

Qualifications

Ability to drive vans, cars and trucks including those with manual transmission.
Possess a valid driver’s license and provide validation of a safe driving record.
High work ethic and self-initiative.
Proven experience with strong customer service skills.
Physical requirements for an in-office role.
Ability to work in a standard office environment.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (6–8 hours).
Occasional standing, walking, and carrying items.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and ticket vehicles appropriately.
Ensure a walk around of the vehicle, notating any prior damage.
Safely navigate guest vehicle to parking location, ensuring the vehicle is secured and locked.
Tag and secure guest keys in lock box.
Retrieve guest vehicles for departure in a timely manner.
