Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates professional guest-facing skills and a courteous demeanor.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Maintains safety and security in parking areas and handles keys carefully.
• Cooperates with bell staff and front desk to fulfill guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with entering and leaving the property.
• Park and retrieve guest cars safely and efficiently.
• Tag keys with date, time and guest name.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage.
• Respond to guest requests and provide directions or arrangements as needed.
