The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, NC is seeking a Full Time Front Office/Valet attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and park guest cars safely according to hotel guidelines. You will re-route traffic as needed and coordinate with Bell staff to fulfill guest service requests, including taxis or rides.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, can stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Able to stand during entire shift.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times per hotel standards.
• Be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and open doors for them.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Park and retrieve guest cars without causing damage.
• Provide fast, friendly service and greet guests promptly.
• Direct guests and communicate parking procedures clearly.
• Tag guest vehicle keys with date, time, and name.
• Ensure vehicles are secure and keys returned to owner.
• Coordinate with Bell staff and Reception for guest services.
