Job summary

Continental Automotive Group in Austin, TX is hiring for a full-time valet. You will safely park and retrieve client vehicles, greet customers, and provide helpful, professional service in all weather conditions.

This role requires physical fitness, a valid driver's license for at least one year, and a clean background. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with benefits including dental, medical, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test.
• Cannot have any DWI charges.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pre-wash cars and drive through car wash.
• Park and retrieve client vehicles.
• Greet each client and provide help with getting in and out of vehicle.
• Ensure clients loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
• Adhere to safety policies and report incidents.
• Keep valet area neat & clean.
• Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
• Be a team player and able to multi task.

Valets possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. Valets safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the parking needs of patrons; park and retrieve vehicles with a sense of urgency.
