Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring for Luxury Hotel Valet Attendant roles in West Palm Beach, FL. You will warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and keep areas safe and efficient in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour plus tips, with potential earnings of $20.00+ per hour including base pay and tips. Full-time and part-time schedules cover day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and OT

Qualificações

Luxury Hotel Valet Attendant — West Palm Beach, FL

Location: Multiple hospitality properties in area

Potential Earnings: $20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips

Starting Rate: $12.00 per hour plus tips

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles.
• Assist with vehicle drop‑off, pickup, luggage, and directions.
• Inspect vehicles and document existing damage.
• Organize keys and help manage traffic flow.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain discretion.
• Keep the valet area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety, uniform, attendance, and tip‑reporting procedures.
• Support team members during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
• Availability to work assigned nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual‑transmission vehicles when required.

Previous valet, hotel, restaurant, or customer‑service experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, run, and remain active for extended periods.
• Enter and exit vehicles frequently.
• Lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work safely around moving vehicles.
