Job summary

Embassy Suites Buffalo is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide safe, efficient valet parking and courteous guest service, ensuring a positive arrival and departure experience for hotel guests.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability with morning or afternoon shifts, and a valid driver’s license for handling a variety of vehicles. This is a full-time position with scheduling based on hotel needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior valet parking, transportation, or related guest service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Experience driving automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and professionally.
• Issue claim checks and manage keys/vehicle logs.
• Assist with traffic flow at the hotel entrance.
• Perform light cleaning duties to maintain areas.
• Answer valet phones and coordinate guest requests.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
