Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a friendly valet to safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles, manage coats, and handle tickets at the valet/coat check window. You will ensure security of keys, collect parking fees, and provide courteous service in a fast-paced gaming environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; you must pass background checks and obtain Illinois Gaming Commission licenses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training may take ~2 months or related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per state gaming authorities.
• Background check required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely staging and parking guest vehicles.
• Park guest vehicles in garage and retrieve in a timely manner.
• Distribute parking tickets/receipts and collect fees.
• Assist guests with coat checks and related items.
• Maintain cash drawers and perform cash-handling duties.
• Ensure coatroom area remains organized and secure.
